What is a Fasting Lifestyle?

A Fasting Lifestyle honours the natural rhythms and evolutionary design of humans as a species. It recognizes the innate wisdom within us and incorporates it into the modern lifestyle we live today in a way that has been explored and recognized by science. If I had to use an analogy- it puts our health and wellbeing train back in its tracks through lifestyle adjustments

Why is it important to women?

Women have a complex hormonal hierarchy and are very sensitive to our surroundings and modern ways of living. It is very easy to get off the rails, but wiht the right knowledge and tools, we can make sure we thrive and live the best lives we are capable of.

What is fasting?

Fasting is simply leaving enough time for the body to regulate its processes. As humans we were never meant to eat constantly. Our biological design is naturally meant to go from periods of eating and not eating (fasting). Knowing when and how gives the power back to our body to regulate itself and achieve its maximum potential it has encoded within itself.

Why stress is important?

Short-term stress can be motivating and beneficial, but when it becomes chronic, it can have profound consequences, especially for women. It may lead to hormonal imbalance, mood swings, weight gain, mental health challenges and more. An awareness and excellent coping skills are vital for a balanced and healthy life.
